FAQ
-
How does the design process work?
Choose your package, complete the booking, and provide your photos and measurements (or we do them during the in-home visit). We create your custom 3D design, make any included revisions, and deliver your final design package ready for your builder.
-
Do you offer NDIS or accessibility-focused bathroom designs?
Yes. We create safe, accessible bathroom layouts for elderly, disabled, or mobility-limited clients, including OT-aligned recommendations.
-
What do I need to provide for the Remote Design?
Just photos of your current bathroom, accurate measurements, and your style inspiration. We take care of everything else.
-
Do you also install the bathroom?
We don’t directly install bathrooms, but we provide installation-ready designs.
-
What’s included in the In-Home Consultation?
Professional on-site measurements, layout assessment, fixture advice, technical checks (plumbing, drainage, waterproofing), your custom 3D design, and a full supply quote.
-
Can you redesign the layout (move the toilet, shower, or vanity)?
Yes — your design includes layout options and expert advice on what’s possible based on plumbing, drainage, and building rules.
-
Do you supply the products as well?
Yes. If you choose, we can supply all tiles, fixtures, and fittings with delivery to your door. No pressure — you can still use your own suppliers if you prefer.
-
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds once design work or an in-home consultation has taken place. This is because the service is based on time and professional expertise.
-
Do you work with small bathrooms?
Yes. We specialise in maximising space, improving layout, and creating modern, functional designs even in tight rooms.
-
How long does the design take?
Most designs are delivered within 48–72 hours after your consultation or after receiving your photos/measurements.
-
Can I use your design with my own tradies?
Absolutely — your final package is installation-ready and can be used by any plumber, tiler, or builder.
-
Is this suitable if I’m on a budget?
Yes. A clear design up front helps avoid mistakes, reduces build costs, and ensures you only buy what you actually need.
